We perform bench work with the use of:

• Bending brakes AMADA CNC, control in the 7th axis, 220T, L = 4000 mm,
• Eccentric presses Q = 160T,
• Guillotine shear, maximum cutting length 3000mmm, d=16 mm.

As regards machining, we have the following machines at our disposal:

• Lathes - universal, of turning diameter up to 1500 mm, L=1500 mm, 500 mm, L=2500 mm,
• Milling machines - universal and vertical,
• Drilling machines - radial and pillar drilling machine

Wind-up reels:

• KM3 d = 3 mm, L = 2500 mm,
• Rollers d = 12 mm, L = 2000 mm.

Welding:

• MIG,
• MAG,
• TIG (acid resistant steel, common steel, stainless steel, aluminium).

Cutting:

• Gas and plasma cutter CNC 2000 x 3000,
• Laser cutter 1500 x 3000, d = 15 mm black sheet, d = 8 mm stainless sheet, d = 5 mm  aluminium,
• Water jet cutting 1500 x 3000 , d - up to 200 mm (metals, ceramics, rubber, etc.).

Shot blasting:

• Chamber  6000 x 2000 x 2500 - shot blasting with cut wire.

Glass beating:

• stainless steel, aluminium elements.

Painting:

• Spray painting room 9000 x 9000 x 7000,
• Powder painting room 3000 x 1400 x 1800.
